Maker Space
The MakerSpace is a room in which students can design and create. With access to a wide variety of materials, students are given construction challenges. They must then design, build and test a creation. After getting some feedback from classmates, they re-design, re-build and re-test their creations, repeating the process until the challenge is met. MakerSpace challenges give students the opportunity to engage in hands-on construction, use simple tools, and learn about electronics and robotics.
